New 3 story steel and concrete construction building, including 67,000 square feet for offices and training facilities and 24,000 square feet for a conference center that can be divided into 1 to 8 rooms and kitchen facilities. Project included landscaped onsite facilities and a large parking lot as well as offsite work.
